Deposit

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Currency

Weekly Cashback

• Up to 10% cashback on net losses every week.
• Cashback is credited to your account every Monday.
• Cashback wagering requirement: 1x.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is available once per person/household/address/device/IP.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Results & Payouts

• Payouts for winning bets are credited to your account once the event result is confirmed.
• In the event of a dispute over results, VS89's decision will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

Any activity that violates VS89's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — placing bets strategically for the sole purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraud, hacking, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting errors or bugs in the VS89 system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or coordinated manipulation against other players.
• Providing false identity or fraudulent documents.
